INDIA: EGG MANCHURIAN RECIPE
Egg Manchurian is an Indian Chinese dish popular in India.
This recipe basically includes sauteing onions, green chillies, garlic & spring onions in various Chinese sauce & vinegar. Hard boiled egg is tossed in the end. This is one of the most easiest recipes for quick dinner. Ingredients
- 4 Whole Egg, hard boiled
- 10 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Onion,sliced
- 4 Spring Onion (Scallion) green, chopped
- 4 Green Chillies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet and Spicy Red Chilli Sauce(Tomato Chilli Sauce)
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/4 Tablespoon Sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil, to cook
Directions for Egg Manchurian Recipe
- To begin making Egg Manchurian Recipe, heat up oil in a wok and add sliced onion and cook it till it become tender.
- Next, add garlic, spring onions, green chillies and give it a good stir.
- Let it cook on low heat for a couple of minutes and keep stirring in between.
- Now add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, red chillli sauce and salt into the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- In the end, add hard boiled eggs and make sure they are property coated with the Manchurian gravy.
